What if I need to cancel a booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. To cancel, go to your bookings page and click the cancel button.
How to add money in wallet?
You can add money to your wallet by going to the Wallet section in your dashboard. Click on "Top Up" and choose your preferred payment method. You can add any amount between £10 and £500.
How do I schedule a car wash appointment?
To schedule a car wash appointment, go to the Services page, select your location, choose "Car Wash" from the categories, select your preferred service provider, pick a date and time, and complete the booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and our wallet system. You can also pay using your wallet balance.
How do I track my service provider?
Once your booking is confirmed, you can track your service provider in real-time through the booking details page. You will receive notifications when they are on their way and when they arrive.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service, please contact our support team within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and provide appropriate resolution.
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information by going to Settings in your dashboard. Click on "Profile" to edit your personal details, contact information, and preferences.
Is there a mobile app available?
Yes, we have mobile apps available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download them from the App Store or Google Play Store. The mobile app provides all the features available on the web platform.
